"Scott Johnson complements Valenzuela on two Fender Strats, one from the mid-'70s and the other a '92 SRV. For amplification, Johnson uses two Marshall JMP 100-watt heads, dating from the mid-late '70s, through two Marshall 4x12 cabinets. Like Valenzuela, he uses a Tube Driver and a Tube Screamer for effects, along with a Vox wah-wah pedal. Both guitarists use D'Addario strings, .010 through .046." (From Musician magazine, April 1996)
